What You Will Work On

Phase 1

2 Weeks: Let Go of Dieting

Change your approach to food. You’ll discover the truth about the diet cycle (based on nutrition research) and be able to ditch diets for good. Learn how to make nutrition personalized to you. This is key to making changes you actually want to do!

Phase 2

4 weeks: Master Your Nutrition

Learn HOW and WHAT to eat with clear action steps and worksheets. You will be able to create balanced meals and snacks to keep you satisfied and healthy. Plus understand how to read food labels and serving sizes. No counting or overthinking every food you eat. But most importantly you’ll learn how to nourish yourself independently and confidently!

Phase 3

3 Weeks: Adapt Eating To Real Life

Learn how to manage your cravings, understand your natural hunger and fullness cues, and handle emotional eating. You’ll be able to develop and utilize clear strategies and tools to utilize throughout your life.

Phase 4

3 Weeks: Live a Balanced LIfestyle

Learn how to approach eating in social settings and for fitness. You'll finish up by understanding how to take the tools and skills you learned and use them everyday. No more falling off track and starting a new diet!

Hello! I'm Karina, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I love food, fitness, and living a healthy lifestyle. I'm on a mission to show you that making healthier choices that are enjoyable is possible. I’m not here to judge your food choices, put you on a strict diet, tell you to cut out food, or do exercise you don't enjoy. I'm here to teach you how to include all types of foods into your life in a healthy way.

With my education in dietetics (and a lot of time and experimenting!) I taught myself how to optimize my nutrition. Now I want to show you how. You don’t have to do it alone.
